Title: My favorite part of Easter dinner

I am currently enjoying a pot of Ham and Bean soup made from the hambone from Easter dinner.   I make fabulous soup if I do say so myself.

We do the same thing!  You can even freeze the bone for a future date. But fresh is always better.
