Lemme have it. >:D

I hear they are hard to drive. 6V6PP isn't going to get it done.

If the M-504 could push the RTi 150's to an idiotic volume level without clipping, I'm hoping it'll do the same with Infinities.

Are you going to get rid of the 6060s?
-
Go ahead, get it out of your system. The Onkyo 504 can drive them, IMO, specially if you don't go to crazy volumes.
I am saving up for the day a pair of IRS Betas go for sale on Craigslist - I hear those are the Infinitys to own.

I like the sound of 'em. They aren't very tube-friendly to power, but with an Adcom monster amplifier they sound very nice. The super-lows are a bit weak, but if you're not listening to rap/dubstep then you should be fine. I love the Emit tweeters, and the polydome mid sounds pretty sweet to my ears too.

If I find something that I like better. ;D

Come to Carverfest I will have my 3B's there this year.

I've got a wedding the weekend of the 12 / 13 and my future father in law is being inducted in to the Tamburitzan Hall of Fame on the 20 / 21. >:D
Besides, if they're hooked up to Carver amps* then I'll be biased against them to begin with. O0
*I do dig the sound of the Lightstar

I don't know if you're getting them at full resale/ebay prices or not, but I've got a friend here in Morgantown that may be selling his set here soon.

I might be interested.
These belong to a guy in Ohio. I'm taking my dad to the Cleveland Clinic in a week and I'll have a few hours to kill while he's getting his stuff done. The same guy also has a set of Kappa 9's that I'm going to check out. I already know what those sound like when working properly.
Neither are bargain priced and I'm unsure of the condition of either. I also don't know if he's willing to flex on the pricing.
Keep me posted on that, Adam.
