Title: Getting my new theater together
Post by: toddnkaya on March 30, 2016, 05:12:28 PM
I'm putting up the electric screen 120 inch 16x9 tomorrow evening . It's from Homegear , only 100$ shipped.
I have one Pioneer 8 inch sub, should I get another 8 inch and run 2 subs or get the Bic 12 inch ? What say say ye? All for movies , I want a bit more power and impact .

Thanks, Todd
This is the Bic :

IMO-keep the eight and add the 12.  Two subs in different places will help minimize standing waves, as will the different performance characteristics of the two models specs.  If you end up not liking both, you can always cut back whichever one ends up being redundant.

I'm adding a Polk 10inch sub from CL. This should do the trick as my room is not huge.
Thanks for the advice MacGeek!
