I am going to meet my friend Rockman in Ohio later this week to deliver a Krell KSA-250 that he is going to restore (this will be a story for another time). Rockman has some fantastic DIY skills. I thought that I would share some pcitures of the Hagerman Phono preamp that Rockman built for me several years ago. The meticulous build quality is second only to the great sound. I bought the board from Hagerman, then bought the piece parts from Mouser, AES, Digikey, etc. Check it out, the craftsmanship is amazing!

That brings back some good memories Carl! That project I left my plumbing roots behind and quit using a MAPP gas torch with lead/acid solder.
