Title: Carver Preamp With Sleep Timer

Does anyone know of any Carver preamps that use sleep timers? I think the CT-3 has one but I am curious if there are other choices. Remote control and a sleep timer are requirements I require for an upgrade to a bedroom system. Thanks for your help.
