Title: Bottlehead Crack -w- Speedball upgrade
Post by: bmwr75 on December 21, 2010, 08:25:17 PM
My wife's Christmas present to me. Yep, think I'll keep her. To my amazement and in spite of my electronics skills.....it works.

Still sitting on the bench. Need to install the feet on the case and give it a Howard's Feed-n-Wax coat.

I already had a nice solid state hp amp, a Matrix mstage.  Can't say the tube amp sounds any better or different.  But, I've not done a good A/B comparison either.  They both sound good.

Yes, it is connected to the DACMagic, which is being fed wirelessly with Apple Lossless files.
