I did the obligatory bi-annual foam rot inspection. Both drivers get a clean bill of health. Here are some pictures of her in all of her 4th order bandpass glory.

The only vibrations I'm pickin' up with her are the good ones. She's braced like Anthony Michael Hall in Sixteen Candles.

How do the two drivers interact? Is the rod the key???

They're configured in a 4th order bandpass arrangement.
The coupling rod serves as an internal brace to add rigidity to the overall design and eliminate vibration.
