Will ground ship is the real give away.
-
The ad was deleted last night and back today.
-
Oh yeah, I didn't notice they offered ground shipping, that is fishy.
-
Yep, occasionally you might luck into someone who just wants to unload something quickly, but never will someone sell for hundreds under value and take the time for proper pack/ship. Why would they?
-
Check out pic 4. R+ connector is broken. What's that piece of tape holding in the middle? A resistor? Another piece of tape holding a festoon style LED bulb on the far right.
-
I don't think the connector is broken. I think it's just missing it's push-cap. It'll hurt a little connecting that wire but it should work okay. Looks like the tape is holding pieces that either have been replaced or need to be. That just proves that people don't go around giving away units they've recently serviced.
At best it is a CL auction.

Holy sh!t. I hope these guys get that nice corner office in hell or 10's of thousands of insects in their underwear.

Now that you mention it, I think I remember seeing that same ad listed on the Outer Banks Craigslist a few years back. I think there was also a follow-up warning post regarding the scam too.

In case anyone missed it...it's back again.
