I'm just venting here...
I lent my SR60's to a friend four months ago. I've asked him for them back at least once a week for the past four months. Every time I ask him when I can come to his house (an hour away) and pick them up, he's "busy" or not available. I'm really getting sick of this bullshit.

Just show up when you know he is there.

A friend that uses you for his purpose...I've met a few. Go get your shit and don't lend to him anymore. If he asks why...give him the same treatment he is giving you!

Haha. I got ahold of him tonight. I told him that I need them back this weekend. He said he'll meet up with me on his way to Z&M Harley. I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Eh, it's only a pair of Grado SR60's. I guess I'm just bitter over it.

Whatever it is you lent him, if you have to jump through hoops to get it back then......he is not really your friend.

On that note - I borrowed a Stereo Review mag from Tom that I need to return - includes a review of the C-4000 sonic holography amp. Check out Bob on the test bench messing with the C-4000 back in 1979. I need to meet him some day.

I really like to just give things to people! Seriously, I rarely find someone that is into audio the way I am. If I do, I would give them a full set-up. I find I am defending myself to my family so many times. It gets old!
