Title: Bogen B62 Turntable (Lenco L70) In The House
Post by: e_just on December 15, 2010, 09:06:19 AM: Just thought I would share my recent score. The Bogen B62 is the same turntable as a Lenco L70. Lenco often "rebadged there tables under other names. The B62 is an idler drive turntable and the platter weighs a ton(thats a good thing!) It came with a Pickering V15 ATE2 cartridge and the original Bogen strobe disk.
This table is going to need a little work but from what I hear, it will be well worth the time. The original owner had it installed in a custom console as a pull out drawer so first thing I need to do is build a plinth. I am also going to have to readjust the speed setting because they are a little out of whack. I have read mixed reviews on the tonearm, so for now it stays.
