These are the premium version of the Mullard CV4024 (12AT7) with the plain white shield near the top. These are excellent sounding tubes.

I have one NOS quad, which I will split into pairs. Come in white boxes.

I seem to recall somebody was looking for some 12AT7s recently.  These Mullards would be the ticket.
