After weeks of unrequited requests for a new password such that I could log in from work, I, RuralTom, opened this second account such that I can do so....

You're going to explain this one further Tom.  Why would you need a new password just for work and why couldn't you change that password yourself?  Who were you asking for help?

Hiya Ryan....  I've sent the 'password request' email over and over again from work and never get any response, doesn't go to junk either.  I can't remember my password for my account so I can't change it at home where I am logged in
