I have a lot of 45's that are from my parents younger days (40's- 50's, Frank Sinatra, Eddie Canter, etc) and mine from the 60's (Beatles, etc). From what I can see visually they are all in excellent condition. I have the following cartridges. What would be most suitable?
Stanton 681EEE-II-S
Empire 660EEE
Audio Technica AT30E (mc)
Grado Gold1
Grado Blue
or do I need a mono cartridge?
My aim is to record them all to RTR and maybe dub to cassette for my parents.

You don't need a mono cartridge. You can use any stylus for a vinyl 45. For styrene 45s, you will want to only use a conical stylus. They are much softer and the aggressive shape of an elliptical, shibata or line contact will damage the grooves of one of those 45s.

Thanks Thrifty. I didn't watch the video but the info on the SteveHoffman forum answered my question.
