My wonderful wife just scored me a Accuphase E-202 integrated amp, and a T-100 tuner. Both with ultra rare wood cases... I checked over the amp, then fired it up, WOW!!!! :o :o :o :o this is bad ass!!!! Needs a good cleaning, but, electronically in great shape!!! I have not yet fired up the tuner, it also needs a good bath. Both wood cases will get new veneer on the edges, the rest looks great..
This stuff is top notch!! many prefer Accuphase over McIntosh!! Now I know why.
I am very lucky to have a Wife who knows what she is looking at when it comes to audio equipment. ;D ;D ;D
The amp is a definite keeper, The tuner I will probably sell since I don't listen to radio much..
Here is a couple of pics, I will be posting more after I get it all cleaned up.

The day my wife shows up with stuff like this (or even tries to look for stuff like this in yard sales for me, or agree to go yard sale hunting with me, or... do you get my drift?) I will have a heart attack. You are lucky man.

"Awsome, simply awesome!"
Congrats Mike! I am so pleased for you.

I spent all night cleaning inside and out, all the controls, what a pain in the ass... But well worth it. Here are some updated pics.

I concur that the piece is great - but the really amazing thing about this post is that HIS WIFE scored this for him. I am envious of THAT! (and the Accuphase find too).

Looks like 1973-81.. I am not sure as no date code is present. I will have to research the serial numbers. This amp I believe to around 1975, same with tuner... The amp is amazing :o :o :o to say the least!! You should hear this Carl, I think you would want it...
I will post a review after a couple more days. The tuner I am afraid has a few issues, probably caps, which I will replace. I was looking to sell it and get some bucks back.. My wife made a great deal getting these, but they were not cheap... These tuners are selling at $300.00 not in good condition. And $800.00 in good condition.... Mine also has the wood case, so with that and working good, it is definitely worth my getting it fixed..
