Title: Anyone tried powered studio monitors in a home-audio setting?

A pre  with XLR-outs would be all that is needed an away you go? 


Anyone out there made this mistake already and can share the error of their ways?   :-\

Talk to "abz". He uses Yamaha near fields in his home to produce with. He swears by them.
