I decided to sell my Sunfire Vacuum Tube Preamp. It comes with a phono stage and remote. It's in great shape, sounds great, no issues whatsoever. I'm thinking $1,650 would be a good price, plus shipping, can take paypal.
Hard to find these with a phono stage and remote

Pretty much the only mark on it.
Just what you need for your Carverfest amp or a new set of Bob's Mono Blocks.

I am tempted. Will you consider a TGP I + cash as payment? :D
-
If ya had a TGR II and cash I might
-
I am somewhat interested. Has the PS been upgraded?
-
No, not that I am aware. I believe this fancy power cord was all that was added, from a previous owner
-
I have a bunch of photos of the inside if you want to look

Is it sold yet?
-
Not yet
-
I cannot believe this has not sold yet. Remote and the phono stage. Wow! If I did not already have one, mine does not have remote, I would be jumping on this one.
-
I am too, looks like I can add $100 and put it on ebay, the last one sold with remote, no phono $1,400
-
last one sold with remote, no phono $1,400
I would sell you mine with remote for $1400!!!!!
-
Riiiight! We all know better than that. That would mean you would have to ship it.....fat chance of anything leaving your house
-
I already got Rev pissed at me for buying up your CRM-2's....that's OK....I would probably sell my spare but it would have to be to someone that would appreciate it and $1400 sounds pretty good....I figured yours would be gone by now....wanna trade for mine without the phono option and $$$???? ;)
-
Lol, I was joking. :P

Robin.
It does look like its time to move it to Ebay, i would add more than $100.00 on your asking price
I would try $1850.00 with a buy now
Good luck Brian

Well, it is off to the bay

I haven't sold anything there for a few years, man what a rip off with the fees.

The fees are pretty bad. About 3% of the total for Paypal and you will get hit for about $65 by eBay. I know. Just sold two amps in the last few weeks. They took a big bite out of my profits. I can see why OCCD does not like selling on eBay.

Selling on eBay sucks.....especially if you sell to an unscrupuolous buyer. The buyer can make any wild claim of damage, etc., and eBay will back them up. You as a seller are then SOL.

You do take a hit that you must take into account with pricing. It is however the quickest way to sell your item as it exposes it to more potential buyers than could ever be covered elsewhere. BTW...anyone know what Audiogon charges for a sale item???

Has anyone tried myaudiolisting.com ?

Sale Pending
-
Glad to hear. I am surprised it took as long as it did.
-
Thanks, though I'm not surprised. I had an enormous amount of emails like this:
hello, How are you doing? i will love to know if this item is still available for sales. if yes pls get back at me with my personal email xxxx.com i await your response as soon as possible with the full details of the item and how durable and how long u have been using it, with the final selling price
So, I may have lost my cool a little and I may have been a little abusive by raising my reply price if I thought they were just being stupid.
I actually ended up selling it for my original asking price of $1,650 when a Carveraudio lurker emailed me a resonable reqeust. lol
-
Excellent Robin!!! :D
