Title: Anybody here know @fhawk618?

A buddy of mine on another forum sent him a Carver preamp to be recapped and modded. @fhawk618 indicated to my buddy that he is affiliated with VHF of Pgh. He is having trouble communicating with fhawk618 and wants his preamp back.

In accordance with HIPAA, the hospital can't give that info out. Not defending fhawk, but, if a hospital were to give info out to a third party without consent is a big legal no no.
