Title: The Soundsmith
Post by: OldiesButGoodies on September 04, 2015, 07:56:03 PM
My Van de Hul Frog was sent to The Soundsmith in May for a re-tip. They did great work and the sound was phenomenal.   The new needle fell off after 20 hours of  playback, unfortunately.  I sent it back to them and they handled it under warranty, apologized and fixed within a week.

That is good business.

Retipping quality is totally dependent on the experience of the Mohel

Yep.   Problems arise.   It is inevitable.   How they are handled is what defines customer service.
