Title: Technics SL D202 turntable...
Post by: gdv on December 02, 2015, 10:31:19 AM
A friend gave me a Technics SL D202 turntable, along with a few other components...  CV speakers, Kenwood recvr, Sony cd player...

The turntable will need some TLC...  Is it worth fixing up to sell?  Glanced on epay & sold listing generally are in the $50 to $180 range...

It turns on, spins, the power button "sticks," Acutex cart., has dust cover, etc.

TIA,
George

I would DeOxit the controls and try it again at the very least.

The sticky power button may be the switch, or the plastic button/housing assembly and clean up with some mild detergent (Dawn is good) itself
