I thought I'd share this project with you guys, but rather than repost the entire project I'm posting a link to it. I hope you don't mind that.

Very nice Jesse!!!

What is black FR4? Nice looking work.

I love how all the RCA input nuts are in a straight line, small detail well done.
I've also had conversations with a friend about adding remote volume functionality to older receivers/amps.

wow Jesse - impressive work. you have a lot of patience and skill, am sure. maybe I will post some of my work on the phase linear 400 here so you can all see what "impatience" looks like! Looks beautiful.

It is unclad fire resistant PCB. G10 is regular PCB.

Nice. It looks like it belongs there. I'll file that bit of info away for future use. Thanks.

I remember reading that when you originally posted it, made me want to re due my SA500. Nice job.

A lot of vintage gear used something similar looking, which was some sort of fiber board. I use the FR4 for point to point crossovers, so I had some laying around and thought, I'll try it. Other than not breathing the dust while cutting or drilling it the only other issue is that it scratches easily. Using reasonable care though, it's fine.

What do you cut it with?

What do you cut it with?
I use a wet tile cutter as there is no dust, but a table saw or bandsaw will do the job as well.
