Title: Carver M-4.0t silver seven vacuum tube transfer function amp

Anyone here knowledgeable on these amps?
Got one in for repair. It just pulsates loudly and the LED meters go up and down in sequence.
Protection LED is on also.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
