Fort Collins Brewery

Ever have Fort Collins Brewery?
I am confident that an SL-1200 is capable of outperforming turntables of much higher expense with minor modification.

Quite alright... Just got a sampler pack and though I'd share my experience.
Don't buy the sampler.
The IPA is great though.

I like IPA's.  The more bitter the better.  What did it cost you?

Not sure...
She picked it up at Beer Minimum here in Penn Hills. They have the best selection around me. Good prices too.

Just popped open a Dogfish Head Olde School
that has been aging for a year.

Its a barleywine style ale.....15% abv

Quite tasty, but OMG it is powerful!

The makers know it too;  the bottle cap has a yield sign on it. ;)
