Guys tend to gather here during Football season. I keep two kegs on tap. I have a converted freezer (which I recommend) and a kegorator which is OK.
One of my Co2 gauges failed today - 40 bucks !!
Lucky for me, Clemson is on a bye week.
As to it all, keg beer is cheaper, keeps a long time and is fun.
I recommend a converted freezer over a kegotator. You can get the parts from any brew supplier and then keep your beer as cold as you you like. I run mine at 30 degrees. Kegoraters can't do that.
As a plus, if you make beer, you can use the converter freezer to "lager" your stuff.
I tend to use ale yeast, but find a cold dip and a lot of hops produces what I like.
