Hi I am Falcon377 son. I am also in to vintage audio. I have been addicted since I was 10. here is my current collection.
I will post pics for Thuffman in another post.

That is my collection pretty good for my age.

At your age I think I was listening to a Panasonic integrated tape/receiver and a pair of thrusters!! Your system is better than most of my friends'!!

I am confident that an SL-1200 is capable of outperforming turntables of much higher expense with minor modification.

Welcome to the forum big guy ;D ;D ;D You forgot to mention the  Mitsubishi integrated amp and tuner you are getting from Tommy. We still have to pay for them of course, but they are keepers if you want them.

These sound really good with my Boston A-200's.
 Also my Dad likes the Kef's, a little big for the desk :o :o But sound great.

I also can relate to the addiction that you spoke about. It hit me though when I was 8 years old. 8) and I have not changed on bit since. :-[
