Recent Projects - Krell KSL Recap / Pass Zen
« on: May 07, 2013, 11:47:31 PM »
Some recent DIY. Recap and tune up an old Class A Krell KSL pre amp with KSL phono board. This is my pre amp/phono now until a better phono stage is built. Got one in mind, waiting for boards. This KSL used to belong to Carl's friend, Dipole Dan.

Complete and tidy up a Pass Zen DIY balanced pre amp. Connect all inputs, straighten out wiring, add chassis to chassis grounds. Nice pre amp now. Nice simple and quiet pre.

I still need to get the proper tranny retainers and get rid of the bailing wire retention.
