Tandberg record/play meters
« on: October 28, 2013, 12:39:12 PM »
Hi all, I am restoring a Tandberg 9200 XD reel to reel machine and need a record/play meter.  It is the same meter as for a 10X, 10XD and 9200X (possibly also the 9100 series machines).  I am willing to buy a donor deck, or just the meter, if anyone has one they can part with.

If I can't locate a meter, I may have a donor deck for sale:)  Thanks.
Mac stuff, Sony HDR-F1HD AM/FM/HD tuner, Denon DRS 810 cassette, Denon CDR-W1500 CD recorder, Music Hall MMF-9 w/B&O MMC2, B & O 4002 w/B & O 20 CL, Revox A-77

Many thanks.  I can always turn my deck into the donor, depending on what surfaces.  The good news is everything else on it works well.  I wonder if I can wire both channels to one meter for recording purposes?  Or, maybe I'll open the meter and take a shot at a repair-I have nothing much to loose.
