Rental Property Search
« on: January 25, 2014, 04:39:20 PM »
Hey team:

I am always looking for properties that have rental potential.   If you see any that have been on sale for a while with no takers but you feel have possibilities,  please shoot me a line and I will check it out.  If I end up buying it I will pay you a finders fee.

Thanks,

P

Do you rent the properties out to multiple Mexican families with 2 dozen kids?  I'll keep my eyes open for a nice school bus in a field in West Virginia.

Aww... I wrote down on a piece of paper that you would post this response!  I did not foresee the school bus angle - that was good. How are you feeling bradman?

Pepe,

Are you interested in buying property to rent to Section 8 suitors, single family dwellings, multi family?

Not sure if you're looking for single family homes or not, but I drive by this one all the time and it's been for sale for a while.

Needs lots of work, but might be a good flip candidate...
