New toy...

Been on the outlook for one of these for a long time. Rebuilt in 2007 with all new components including big ass caps! They are the size of a beer can! No comparison to the Phase Linear 400. This is one bad ass amp. My series 2 is a pussy compared to this one! Serial #6. Bob gonna have a heart attack!!!!  :laugh:

Nice!!

Rebuilding a 700 B was my last project.  All that is left to do is replace the 9000+ uF dual filter caps.  Am in on a group buy for them ans expecting April delivery.

The big caps were replaced with 15000 uf 150 volt ones. Tight fit!!!
