If you look back a few years you'll find he had a display that was quite popular.  Eventually, The neighbors got annoyed, protested and got the township involved. The township started putting pressure on him and things went totally sideways. So now, instead of his neighbors enduring  the inconvenience a few weeks of the year, they have to deal with an eyesore year round. Not  surprisingly, their property value has taken a hit too so they have no relief.

I thought that "terrorizing" was hyperbole until I read about the sign about the dead neighbor.   That's just over the line.

He has definitely got quite a bit of vulgar stuff out there now. The moral of the story sums up to: Don't poo where you sleep. I saw one woman say it cost her marriage because her husband wouldn't do anything. He is a wise man, she is a fool all things considered.

If you want to see how truly crazy the guy really is, do a "streetview" of Fairley Road, Ross Twp., Pa. The street makes a loop around the house and ever ybit of the yard is covered with demented Xmas stuff, including a headless choir.  >:D

The man is obviously unbalanced, but just goes to show... watch who you f**k with.  Was a couple weeks of the annoying Xmas lights really that bad?  Especially when, I'm guessing here, the light display was not the only manifestation of his mental state....

What I don't understand, if there is a court order to have this man clean up this stuff why doesn't the Township enforce it?  Maybe he has some political connections also.  Or, maybe there just amused about the situation.
