This was a $3000.00 player when new and was highly reviewed.
The physical condition is very good, a few tiny nicks on the top back edge of the facplate and one or two on the top front edge (very tiny). There's also a faint rub mark on the top cover. Comes with the original remote, which is in great shape. There is a catch, it plays CD's, but not SACD's and the load time is longer than it should be. A new optical pickup should resolve those issues and are available online. The asking price reflects that. I'd replace the pickup myself, but I'm busy with other projects and I don't need another CD/SACD player.
I've seen these go in the $800 to $1000 range.
