I am confident that an SL-1200 is capable of outperforming turntables of much higher expense with minor modification.

I really can't say that I have had a hard time getting around.  A few years ago I bought a second set of wheels and put snow tires on them.  It has turned out to be a very good investment.

Well, after much reprieve, we are getting back into our old winter form back up here in CNY.  You guys had enough so you had to send it back up here, didn't ya!!! ;D ;D

Just think, warm sunny thoughts.  And nice warm tubes and hot running solid state amps.  That should warm you all up!!
