DUAL CS-5000 Turntable Problems

Has anyone ever worked on one of these before?  Or, is there anyone in the Pittsburgh area that repairs turntables? The tone arm returns and shuts off right after you try to cue up a disc. ???? This one has me mind boggled. :(
