I walked into Jerry's yesterday and this was the 1st thing I saw. Jerry said, "you got the record of the day". My wife had a short list of records she wanted and The Zombies were on it. I looked for months and finally she got a good Valentine's gift. The jacket is hammered, but the record looks unplayed, not a single speck of dust!

Bobby Shew, Allen Vizzutti, Vincent DiMartino. (All monster trumpeters)

Trumpet Summit

I attended a Master Class given by Allen Vizzutti years ago. Wow. Jazz, classical, whatever...He blew the roof of the place. Incredible technique at teaching master classes.

Source: TIDAL on  hifi setting. So far it's playing great and sounds very good.

Just picked up Trombone Summit album  very good recording ... and worth a few $$

Slowly going through the +46 albums I picked up from that guy in Lorain..... we really need do do a road trip he's got +10,000 albums in really good condition.

Today I listened to:
another copy of Taking Off / David Sanborn ... near mint condition.Side two is on my top ten favorite albums.wore out my original copy and found $$$$ a sealed copy and now have another great copy! very cool!

Roxy Music Flesh + Blood promo copy  surprisingly Nice album and a good recording

the original Pat Metheny Group recording.... better than I remembered

Weather Report I sing the body electric.... a little out there. Wasn't there a Twilight Zone episode with the same title? a grandmother robot? A good recording.

Warren Zevon  Dancing School ... so so

Robin Trower Live is just a great album... and a good recording for a live album.
a bunch of nice sounding stuff. Nice that I'm finally able to actually listen to file music for the first time...
