Anybody have much experience fixing Pioneer CD players? I just picked up a rather nice player for dirt cheap but unfortunately, it won't read disc. I cleaned the lens and checked for mechanical error, everything seems to be fine, it just doesn't read. I don't think the laser is dead because you can see the red laser light in the dark. I also powered it up in test mode and all the motors work fine. Any help would be appreciated.
