I'm new here but not new to Audio

Hello There,
I have been an audio fan for many years.
I haven't been able to buy any audio stuff for awhile but i think I have some decent stuff.
My main system isn't all together right now but it consisted of a Dual 731Q turntable modified with moving coil cartridge and a Thorens head amp.
An Audio Research SP6 preamp feeding Acoustat X speakers with their hybrid amps.
A Magnavox CD player heavily modified and a Sony cassette deck. All pieces heavilly modified.
I listen to alot of classical and have heard alot of live music.
Sometimes I prefer my stereo to live music.
I have alot more vintage stuff but i'll mention it later.

What kind of MC cartridge do you run on that Dual?

You have some nice stuff!  A lot of interest in vinyl and digital area.  Tube people are also very common on the Forum.

I am confident that an SL-1200 is capable of outperforming turntables of much higher expense with minor modification.

Thanks everyone.
The cartridge I use is an old Supex SDX 1000 which was known as the poor man's Koetsu.

It was nice meeting you guys on Saturday.
