hi everyone  :)  awesome site!  im a total newbie, so please be patient with me haha... i do have this awesome set of amps that i recently aquired and im taking my time getting them dialed in.  one thing though is that they are absolutely no markings on them and i was hoping someone could tell me what i have exactly, i love them and i would like to get some more info on them.

thats what i was thinking too, but the quality and craftsmentship is beyond anything ive ever seen.  and the preamp module is incredible, very unusual....they weight 65 lbs each also, very heavy

Try acoustic reality-- a Danish company-- might explain the build quality and design,,good luck

thank you zoot!!!  :D  i checked out their site, but they are too new a company....these amps are defitinitely over 25 years old.

If you are near V Hi Fi shop--take it in,, they will solve the mystery amps-good luck and keep us posted.

They do look like Home brew.  Some of these home made amps are of extreme build quality.

They look like they were inspired by Civil War ironclads. I'll bet they sing like nobody's business!

I am confident that an SL-1200 is capable of outperforming turntables of much higher expense with minor modification.
