Please HELP!!!

My dad is in the hospital and we need cash fast because bills are killing us. So he wants me to list some of his gear.
Melos MA-111B tube preamp in great condition with an external power supply. $600.00
Infinity Delta 60 speakers in good condition a couple of scratches and dings but with the weight that is to be expected. $400.00
Philips CD-80 in excellent condition with remote and it was modded by Dave Platt. $500.00
Acurus A-200 in excellent condition looks like hell sounds great and is 200 w.p.c. $275.00
Please help us. All of these are a steal for the price. Also, cash only no trades.

I just talked to your dad, Mikey. I'm really sorry for your situation. If I had the cash I would definitely buy something. Keep us posted on how he's doing and when he gets out of the hospital.

I am confident that an SL-1200 is capable of outperforming turntables of much higher expense with minor modification.

  Sorry to hear about your dad!  I wish I had scratch to buy some of the fine gear your dad always seems to come across.  My prayers are with your dad and your family.  Keep your chin up!  It will help him as well as your mom!

Thank you all for the support!!!   I am home now, and still feeling like shit.   But, it is nice to know that some really great people hang out on this forum.  And the thoughts and prayers go along way to helping me and my family.
  OBG, Thank you!!  You are getting THE finest sounding CD player that I have ever heard.  And I have owned some serious CD players in the past, including Emo, and Jolida. It pains me to have to sell it.  :(    But, I know it is going to a good home, and staying in the local family.

Tom, thank you for buying the Melos!!   At least if you own it, I have a chance of getting it back!!  Again it pains me to sell it.  The absolute best Pre amp ever!!!!!!!   Maybe I can get one off of Nick in the future.. ;D
