I am confident that an SL-1200 is capable of outperforming turntables of much higher expense with minor modification.

If anyone is interested, I'd let my Paradigms go for somewhere in the ballpark of $77,500.  :P

I'll draw some really pretty speakers in pencil on college ruled notebook paper, for approximately $10k.  :)

Anders' beard hairs should sell for a few hundred bucks a piece, going by this scale.

OMG!  I never thought of that.  If only we could teach them to solder!  Even a back flip would be cool!

Ok, this is preliminary of course, and I upgraded to a brown Sharpie.  I hope you all will appreciate the rich color and tone.  The paper is torn lovingly from the cheapest possible single subject notebook available at Walmart.

It's true that the image is cropped, but rest assured this will be delivered on a full sheet of notebook paper.

There are some ink smudges on the paper (not shown), which were due to a manufacturer error.

As a bonus, there is enough free space on the paper to create something of your own.  Suitable additions would be perhaps a shopping list, or a sloppily scrawled phone number.

The possibilities are endless!  When was the last time you were offered limitless possibilities?

Serious inquiries only.

Exactly, Anders.

I'm guessing the same guys who spend $60 on special wax that's made specifically to reflect more light off of a Corvette's geometry will spend 1500 bucks on the $40 Sony's with $17 worth of "mods".

How does he defend his $1500 price tag?  By calling you an idiot, stupid, or gullible for not buying them?  What a douche.  As far as I call tell, he doesn't even replace the drivers, just puts in wooden bracing inside the piece 'o shit cabinets.  I think we need to send him a nice certificate/award.  "D Bag of the Century".
