OCCD and I love to Double smoke bacon.
We just throw it in the open areas of the smoker while doing other cuts of meat.

While tending to the smoker, we'll munch on the cooked pieces.

Ever been to the Harris Grill for bacon night?

Absolutely.  A good friend of mine was one of the cooks there for years.  Can't go wrong with a basket of bacon!
