Carverfest Pains
« on: February 03, 2014, 09:00:03 PM »
I have spent north of two hours the last week trying to log in (or create a new account to do so) to the carveraudio site to register for carverfest.  Do not wish to repeat my history of steps here,  but suffice it to say that it I was unsuccessful.  From my point of view, that is one poorly managed site.  So,  I will pass on Carverfest and attend the Rocky Mountain Audio Fest,  which happens to land on my birthday week.  I can have some audio enhancing brownies while checking out new equipment.   :P

Registration isn't open on CarverSite.  It's likely they turned it off because of the issues they've had lately with hacks.

Did not have that context.  If the site went through hacking issues, my inability to log in after not using it for a long time (and blocking of new registrations) would make sense.  My biatching about the site admin's responsiveness my not apply.  The intent was to go through them to reserve a treehouse,  something I could do w/o registering at the site.

Thanks,

P

What makes you think you have to go through them to reserve a tree house.  Call Watershed and pay. That simple.

Call the Watershed and tell them you are the mexican.  After their paused silence, tell them you're staying for carverfest.

Agreed, but having Bob ask Pepe why he sold his amps would be priceless.
