So 4 days ago I cided to quitnsmoking.... Don;t do it.... it sucks. by all means do what you have to do to keep smoking! this is not fun

Come on, you can do it :-[ :-[ :-[ You have to quit.  I just wish my wife would quit, she has serious health problems that are directly related to smoking.....  She quit both times she was pregnant, and started back up right after giving birth...

man.. I can't describe how much this sucks. I'm gritting my teeth constantly. They say this is better that losing heroin. I wish I was on heroin!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am not quittin, but the weather kept me in and smokeless today.  Part of the reason I have been so active on the forum the last 24HRS.

4 days, wow!  Great job!!

Did you get any help from meds? My wife used chantix(sp?) and she said it did help.. You can get it by prescription.

No. I am chewing gum. When it gets bad I chew tobacco but I try to only do that when I'm pissed :D. I'm trying to divert my oral fixation (sp?) on gum.
