Got a new HP all in one PC, finally had enough crawling behind the desk running cables, was still running XP, this OS is going to take some getting used to.

I've had 8 for about a year now, 8.1 since it came out. Still not completely liking it.

Could have got a better processor and bigger hard drive, but with windows 7, but I decided to go with 8.1, my old system was almost 10 yrs old. Have to remove the crap ware from this system. It does seem MS made this confusing on purpose.

8 isn't as bad as people think it is; most people are just too lazy to learn it. it is very streamlined once you know how to use it. it doesn't focus as heavily on the mouse as it used to; i feel like i can do more keeping my hands on the keyboard, and i don't feel like i need a touchscreen like so many people claim
