I wish everyone in the forum a safe and happy Christmas break.  Please thank the universe for everything good that you have (including a great hobby and this crazy board) and pray for quick healing of our fearless leader's Achilles heal, as we all miss being able to drop by the shop ad harass him about helping us fix something (he needs to put the new tendon on the variac and slowly test it out instead of going skiing,  but he will probably do the latter...).

Merry Christmas guys.  Count your blessings and keep your families close.  We're struggling with things this year after having lost  my mother-in-law just a few days ago.  Some of the family will be with us tomorrow, and I hope that makes it easier on all of us. 

We hope Tom makes a speedy recovery as well.

I don't know why folks think it is offensive to say Merry Christmas to Jews or anyone else. It is not! If someone is offended, then shame on them, especially atheists. It is a positive wish of good will.
