Tom or Bill ?

I have heard simply amazing things about Bill Flannery, his upgrades/service are second to none!.

 What is the advantages/disadvantages  of both Tom and Bill in their methods of repair/upgrading/parts used/PRICE

what is the price for Tom
what is the price for Bill

and which is better? Or is this beating a dead hoprse, as they are both good??

Tom is not in service at the present time...Bill is the source.

I am aware of the surgery for Tom, we wish him the speediest recovery.


 just curious if there is a better option for sending a sun fire amp to Tom, or Bill. Which is most preferred/has the best service/parts used/ etc etc./....
price as well for the service. please let me know.  Thank you

I wondered that too.   Google his name and "Carver".   He has a shop in Washington state.

Tom is definitely not accepting any items for repair.
His priority is to reduce the current backlog.
There is not much you can expect to hear from him until that is settled.

Bill Flannery, worked in Bob's repair center and was given all the parts inventory.

Any update about Tom, I gave a JVC cassette deck last year but never heard back from him.  At this point I considering looking to just replace the player and abandon the JVC
