Do any of you guys have an angle grinder?

I'm going to need to cut a piece of steel threaded rod to length AND flatten one side of it for about an inch. I think this would be the easiest way to get it done. Thanks in advance.

Not sure what your project is.....I have a bench grinder and 90 degree hand held grinder, if that can work; Dremel tools well. Also a large collection of hand files. Something should work. I am home today.

Thanks Mac. I haven't ordered the parts yet. One of the four Rock Solid speakers I ordered had it's stand snapped off in shipping. Seller is going to try to obtain another stand, but if he is unsuccessful this will be a plan B.
