What tickets are in your pocket?
« on: May 22, 2019, 09:00:48 PM »
I'm pretty sure that most of us love music, not just an equipment. However, you have to listen a live performance to understand how the music should sounds at your lovely setup.
As my wife and me love classic music and also for 50 years jubilee of Placido Domingo @MET, we decided to get tickets for La Traviata last month.

My tickets are on my phone, but I have a pair for the Outlaw Music Festival.   I didn't know there were any other opera lovers here.   A hundred years ago I was an opera major at Boston Conservatory.

You right Mark, there are no many opera lovers, however, a lot of different concerts have place in Pittsburgh. At least some Jazz and Rock concerts coming soon.
For Jazz you might check https://pittsburghjazzfest.org/schedule/

Mighty mighty bosstones

I saw them when they first formed.   I got invited to a mixer at Emerson College in 1984 and they were the band that played the party.   Even then they were well above average.   Dug the band, struck out with the co-eds.

No tix here, we may take a trip to Denver this summer. If so, I'll be hitting Red Rocks. Other than that, I'll pretend by playing some live records.

Shortly after 10am tomorrow I'll have tix for Gov't Mule at Red Rocks Aug 18. This is a bucket list show, I need to make sure not to get hit by a bus before then. Glad we dragged our feet and waited to book this trip.
