My spring project

Hafler DH500. Everything works. Needs to be recapped. Needs 1/4 inputs changed back to rca. Needs a facelift.
Here are some nudes...
I am confident that an SL-1200 is capable of outperforming turntables of much higher expense with minor modification.

Fo Show my brotha. It's like working on the engine of a new car vs an old. The Hafler is so much simpler and more open.

Cool, Do you think you can find a pair of rack handles, a new faceplate or
are you going to try and R&R your own?

There are a pair of rack handles on epay right now that I am probably going to buy. I think I'm going to repaint the faceplate and have the emblem screen printed back on. The cover is going to be more of an issue. I am hoping to find a paint color that matches the original and tape off all the screen printing on the back.
