Lyman,

I snagged a remote but it is not pretty and missing the battery cover. It is also a bit of a different design than the one you had. I have plans to transfer the codes onto a new carver PRH-2 remote. Will that work for you?

Sure, Tom, that'd be fine. You've got bigger fish to fry so I thought I'd just see if another one was available. If it's going to burn up unnecessary time to transfer the codes then just send the one you have. Really, don't lose sleep over this.  :)
