I kept waiting for the punch line when he said Guam might tip over if too many people were on it!!!!  I don't know what he was drinking before the hearing, but I haven't  been that drunk since college.  I have no idea how that officer didn't just start laughing hysterically.

Unf**king believable.  I can not believe the level of incompetence of people that are put into a position that has any kind of relevance.  I swear - computers are making people f**king stupid.  I am a firm believer that the brain is a muscle, and if not exercised, turns to gelatinous fat, just like your guts.  So, because we allow computers to think for us, we become f**king morons!!! :o
