Dynaco ST-70 Tube Amplifier. It is in good condition physically, and both channels are strong. This is a vintage unit that has not been used in three years. I slowly powered this up with a variac over a 48 hour period and the sound is very good out of the right channel. These go for $400 and above on ebay, so this is a great deal.

$200 obo

I visited with the seller today.  He has a bunch of tube equipment for sale.

ST-70s, ST-35s, PASs, Dynaco tuners, etc.  Nice fellow.

Right on!!
I am confident that an SL-1200 is capable of outperforming turntables of much higher expense with minor modification.

I didn't buy anything.  Any new purchases have to be an upgrade over what is already owned and I already have a nice PAS2 and ST70.  If that was not the case, would have left Tim's with some new to me tube equipment though.

I left with the ST-70 and the PAS-2 that he had on the bench.
Since they were in storage, there is some minor oxidization, discoloring and the chrome is not perfect.
They're going down to the shop tonight for a little TLC from Tom.

Turns out I actually worked with the seller at my previous employer. Small world.
He still has quite a bit of gear to sell so I'd give him a shout if you are in the market.
